Some partners and associate partners from the ITELab and Next Lab projects, met at the recent 3rd Scientix Conference (May 2018) to discuss ideas for developing the ITE Forum.

There was agreement on the value of creating an ITE Forum, where universities, industry and policy-makers could exchange knowledge online. Following discussion, there were two main recommendations: first, to develop different threads of discussion within the forum through an ITE BLOG, targeted to the interest of different stakeholder groups; second, to prepare a short statement to encapsulate the aims of the forum, the outputs and the different roles of engagement.

These ideas will be taken forward within the ITELab project and the Next Lab project, leading to a set of initial recommendations from the forum to discuss with policy-makers at the European Schoolnet EMINENT conference in December.
